GoSFI-VN supports the realization of national programs and plans at sub-national and sub-sectoral levels.  GoSFI-VN advocates its five-stage process for improving the effectiveness of the governance reform efforts:  situational research; organizational visioning and strategic planning; results-oriented implementation; competency building; and policy dialogue.
