Facilitation

GoSFI facilitates governance processes that involve multiple actors and are cross-sector and multi-level.  Our five-stage work method includes the following: 

• Situational analysis
• Visioning and strategic planning to identify issues and policy alternatives for institutional and organizational change
• Competence-building
• Results-oriented implementation
• Reform of policy-dialogue

At every stage, GoSFI applies various tools to support effective interaction among different groups of stakeholders. Overall, GoSFI coordinates planning, monitoring and evaluation of the work process and progress toward final outcomes.
